Terms:
By bidding on this item, the bidder understands and agrees to the statements included in the present Shipping, Payment and Return Policy.
Payment:
PayPal, Money Order, Cashier Check. Personal checks are not accepted. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter a legally binding contract to
purchase the item. If we are unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 7 days of the end of the auction or payment is not received within
7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed at our sole discretion.
Sales Tax:
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all auction items. Florida Tax 7%
Shipping:
We ship only through UPS to U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If you buy more than one item, please e-mail us for shipping discount. Local pickup
not available. We do not ship to P.O. Box.
Delivery:
We ship 24 to 48 hours after clearance of payment, Monday to Friday
Refunds & Returns:
If there is a problem with your item, you have 7 days after receiving the item to return it to us. We guarantee the working ability of the item, NOT its cosmetic
condition. All items are as shown.
NOTE: Please make sure you read the condition of each item prior to bidding. The items returned to us are subject to inspection.
If item is found to be in good working conditions, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If the item is not working properly, we will cover all shipping charges
to return the item, excluding priority shipping. If a customer receives an item different from the item that appeared at auction, the customer will be fully refunded for
that item including all shipping costs and related fees, as well as return shipping costs, up to the shipping amount originally charged for the item returned. Item must
be returned in the same condition that it was received. All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing through
E-Bay.
AS-IS:
