Application Process
At auction end you’ll be e-mailed the merchant application for you to complete. Fax the completed application along with all required documentation to us @ 1-800-209-0119. An Account professional will be directly assigned to your account and will guide you through the free set up process. Your terminal will be shipped within 24 hours of activation. You can begin accepting credit cards as soon as you receive your package.

Shipping
Shipping is free to all 50 states. 2nd day & overnight delivery are also available. Once your terminal is shipped you will be e-mailed your UPS Express Tracking Number.

Warranty
A Limited warranty will be provided for any terminal deployed from our office. This will be good for the entire duration of your processing with us. If you experience any problems you may contact our customer support department 24hrs a day. Equipment that has been abused or broken because of negligence may be excluded from this warranty.
